Generally speaking, most of the
Tehrani
people prefer Tehran Metro to its BRT buses;
compared to the BRT buses, Tehran Metro trains are cleaner, more frequent, and
less crowded. Still, using the BRT buses has some advantages
as well. First of all, Tehran BRT buses run 24-hour while Tehran
Metro stops at around 11 pm. Second, BRT buses are cheaper than
Metro in Iran's capital.
Third, there are some
tourist
attractions in Tehran that can be reached only through BRT.
Checking this map, you
can see the exact location of our Tehran
hostel, and also of the attractions reached by BRT. By referring to the above link
and downloading the good quality Pdf image of our special Tehran BRT
Bus Lines Map, you'll see a list of the sights at its bottom
left. The sights of the list are numbered and by finding the same numbers on the
map, you'll know which bus stop offers the best access to that sight. We will
soon upload a
Tehran
Metro Map as well as a detailed text on all the BRT Bus Routes in
Tehran.
